The two sisters in Tassi Traey & Jo from “Additive Free Lifestyle” just created a GF course online recipes etc. Check them out.
My daughter is coeliac and though I take great trouble when she visits, I still get caught out by the most unlikely things – soy sauce, Bovril … those things that I just add a dash without thinking. She decided not to have a gluten free household as she believes her children should eat gluten but she has insisted on her own bread toaster and invested in a butter knife. Good luck – I hope your eyesight is good for all the label reading.
I don’t really know much about coeliac but I do know how much there is to learn and how much energy it takes to change a diet. I hope the relief and the benefits you feel far outweigh the hassle and the expense x
