40/52

“A portrait of my youngest children, once a week, every week, in 2015.”
Poet: the messiest of braids, the brightest of eyes.

Percy: first dip in the ocean and despite his look of worry, he loved it (and slept so well that night).

I can’t believe we’re up to week 40!

Such cute kids and such a lovely blog. You're half my age and half way around the world from me, (Virginia, USA) but i love to see what you're up to! So reminds me of my early married life with young children. (now 22,17, and 14.) Rooting for you to find the perfect next house.

I know, I can't believe how fast the year has gone either! And it's lovely to see you moving into summer as we go through Autumn. It looks like you're starting as you mean to go on!!

whoa. these are my favourite yet. that image of poet makes my heart ache in a nostalgic, beautiful way – the warm sunlight and her darling expression, hair, eyes. ahhh so many good emotions.

I am completely jealous of these beautiful sunny shots as our turn to the fall season has come with rain and gloom and I sit at the computer stuffy and congested!

I adore this image of Poet, how the light seems to reflect her spirit. You are one gifted mother. Thank you again for inspiring so many of us with this project (although I'm dreadfully behind after this summer). xo
